Research On The Research Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Breast Addiction Based On Literature Analysis

Objective: Through the relevant literature of ancient and modern Chinese medicine treatment of breast hyperplasia retrieval system,learning methods of Chinese literature,the prescription for clues,explore the rule of TCM diagnosis and treatment of breast hyperplasia,summarize the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia and,for clinical and scientific research to provide the objective basis and theoretical basis.Materials and methods: This study mainly uses the method of literature analysis.In the library searching over the books,the national physicians published with this research topic related journals,theoretical works and expert research,network media published articles and other relevant literature in-depth reading,analysis and induction,were collected according to different standards and choose.After standardizing the treatment and classifying the efficacy of Chinese medicine in the prescription,we established an important database of Excel,and counted the frequency of drugs.Then we used SPSS17.0 software to do the corresponding statistical analysis.Result:1.A total of 1.prescriptions of ancient physicians treating breast nodules 11,involving a total of 50 kinds of medicine,one of the biggest prescription 24 flavor,minimum 2 flavor prescription.The total frequency of the drug was 99.A total of 133 prescriptions of modern medical treatment of Rupi prescriptions,including 128 Herbs Prescriptions involved in at least 3 herbs,the largest of 18 drugs,drug total frequency of 1488 times.2.Gufang with highest frequency of single drug,snakegourd peel,angelica Fritillaria,most used in ancient prescription,the frequency was 45.45%,the relative frequency was 5.05%.The highest frequency of single drug used in the present prescription was73.68% for the prescription of Bupleurum bupleurum,and the relative frequency was6.59%.3.There was significant difference in the 3.breast in the ancient and modern treatment of various drugs(P < 0.05).Gufang appears in the highest frequency of drugs for liver Qi drugs,frequency of 36 times,the relative frequency of 36.36%;the lowest frequency of nourishing antipyretics,frequency of 3 times,the relative frequency of3.03%;the highest frequency appeared in the same class of drugs for liver Qi drugs,the total frequency of 394 times,relative frequency is 26.48%;the lowest frequency for drug detoxification,frequency of 31 times,the relative frequency of 2.08%.4.Ancient and modern treatment with Shugan Qi,Rupi detumescence and nourishing liver drugs,and the relative frequency of three drugs in more than 15%.5.Modern xiaotansanjie drugs accounted for 11.83% and 10.1%,the difference is not obvious,indicating that both ancient and modern physicians should be mainly xiaotansanjie balma.But the gas Sanjie medicine prescriptions accounted for 9.81%accounted for 4.04% of that modern pays more attention to the liver qi to treat breast.Conclusion:1.Pay attention to the application of ancient and modern physicians are liver Qi drugs,detumescence drugs and nourishing liver drugs in the treatment of breast at.2.Modern medical treatment of Rupi in liver Qi also focus on tiaobuchongren,ancient physicians are more focused on the jianpiqushi.3.Modern physicians in the summary of ancient physicians medication at the same time,put forward treatment application of Huoxue Tongluo treatment.
