| Purpose: Systemic evaluation of myocardial protection of Shenfu injection(SFI)in coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Material and method:To establish a reasonable inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for the original documents.The computer comprehensive search of the Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese Journal of Chinese Science and Technology Database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Database Randomly controlled trials(RCTs)related to SFI cardiomyocyte protection in the CABG center published since its establishment in October 2017 and manual search of relevant journals for rigorous quality evaluation and data extraction of the final included studies,Review Manger 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results: Eight literatures were included in the study,491 cases were studied: 248 cases in Shenfu group and 243 cases in control group.The results of the analysis showed that after 4 hours of CK-MB [MD =-33.66,95% CI(-42.33,-24.99,P <0.00001] 27.83,-6.93),P = 0.001],MAP [MD = 1.95,95% CI(0.58,2.02),P = 0.0004] CVP [MD =-2.08,95% CI(-3.01,-1.14),P <0.0001] after 30 minutes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,Before aortic occlusion CVP [MD =-2.19,95% CI(-3.19,-1.20),P <0.0001],ICU Stay time [SMD =-0.82,95% CI(-1.44,-0.20),P = 0.01],95% CI(-5.01,-0.45),P = 0.02],the results were statistically significant.HR(SMD = 0.04,95% CI(-1.29,1.37),P = 0.96],aortic closure before HR [SMD =-0.06,95% CI(-2.03,1.91),P = 0.95],the result was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Shenfu injection can protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury during coronary artery bypass grafting,maintain hemodynamic stability,promote cardiac function recovery and reduce ICU stay and hospital stay,In line with the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery. |
