Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Endoscopic Biliary Stent Drainage In The Treatment Of Malignant Biliary Obstruction

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic biliary stent drainage in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction.Material and method:The clinical data of patients with malignant biliary obstruction admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and endoscopy in the general hospital of Shenyang Military Region from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected.A total of 60 patients were treated with endoscopic biliary stent drainage.Western medicine was given after surgery.Among them,30 patients underwent endoscopic biliary stent drainage(control group),and 30 patients received Chinese medicine differentiation treatment(treatment group)on the second day after surgery on the basis of endoscopic biliary stent drainage.Statistical analysis of liver function before and after treatment,TCM symptom scores,physical fitness scores,incidence of biliary infection and biliary re-obstruction after discharge,and survival period.Results:1.The levels of ALT,AST,DBIL,TBIL,GGT and ALP in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before the operation(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.The total score of TCM symptom after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the overall curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of jaundice,abdominal pain,bloating,nausea and vomiting There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the KPS scores of both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).4.The incidence of biliary infection and biliary obstruction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the survival time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic biliary stent drainage is an effective method for the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,it can significantly promote the recovery of liver function,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of long-term postoperative biliary infection and biliary obstruction,improve the quality of life,and prolong survival period.
