Clinical Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Lumbar Disc Herniation (blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Purpose:Through comparison of separate application of acupuncture and Chinese medicine press treatment,observation of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)press therapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation protrusion of superior effect,provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone subject l treatment of 105 patients with LDH,Single divided into 3 groups randomly,namely acupuncture group? Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine press group.All patients come to receive treatment once a day,treatment for 2 weeks,as one course.On three groups of patients before treatment,and after 2 weeks treatment,treatment after 1months follow-up of JOA score and VAS page.It is according with standard for the diagnosis of TCM disease syndrome in 1994 statistical analysis.the standards of cured,markly effective,effective and ineffecitive.The results were analyzed and evaluated after treatment.Then we do analysi with SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:The study for clinical randomized controlled trial,eliminating 2 patients of lost track and intervene other treatment,103 patients completed treatment and follow-up,gender,age,priot treatment of three groups cases,the circumstance such as evaluation questionnaire VAS and JOA score had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),a randomized equilibrium in three groups,comparable.After treatment and after 1 months of treatment,the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the three groups,the effect of acupuncture combined with the collapse group was better than that of the acupuncture group and the collapse group.Conclusion:Three kinds of treatments are exact clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture combined with traditional medicine press therapy treatment compared with simple acupuncture or medicine work faster,the overall curative effect is better,has a certain effect.
