Research On Type 2 Diabetes With Metabolic Syndrom

Purpose:To study the syndrome distribution of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with metabolic syndrome,so as to be convenient for clinical application.method:1.To determine the syndrome elements of symptoms,Chinese medicine and complications by frequency.2.Traditional Chinese medicine channel tropism and cluster were used to determine the location of the lesion and common syndrome.Results: 1.Disease location:The disease location is in liver,spleen,kidney and lung,especially liver and spleen,long illness might involve heart.The disease location in early stage is in liver,spleen and kidney,the liver is predominated by excess,the spleen and kidney are predominated by deficiency;the disease location in medium stage is in liver,spleen,kidney and lung,weakened body resistance is further aggravated;the disease location in late stage involves the five internal organs,and the the five internal organs are all deficiency.2 Nature of disease:with symptom of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,the deficiency syndrome is Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency,the excess syndrome is blood stasis,phlegmatic hygrosis and heat syndrome.The Qi deficiency syndrome aggravates obviously and the heat syndrome reduces obviously with the progression of disease.3 Syndrome 3.1 Syndrome type distribution: Disorder of Qi and blood?blood stasis,Yin deficiency,Qi def iciency,blood deficiency?> turbid phlegm and heat-damp > Qi stagnation and indigestion.3.2 Syndrome element distribution:Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,heat syndrome,dampness syndrome,turbid phlegm,indigestion,etc.,and m ultiple symptoms appear together.4 Comparison between complicated MS and T₂DM 4.1 Sameness:both are asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,the deficiency syndrome is Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency,the excess syndrome is blood stasis,phlegmatic hygrosis and heat syndrome.4.2 Difference:in early stage,the blood stasis is more severe,the Yin deficiency is more mild;in the late stage,the Qi deficiency and blood stasis are more severe,and the disease condition is more complicated.The occurrence rate of diabetic complication is higher,and the of the onset is earlier.5 Disease causes:stagnation of liver Qi,injury due to diet,congenital deficiency.6 Risk factors:abdominal obesity is a important risk factor for complicated MS,the prevention and treatment of abdominal obesity is very important for preventing and treating complicated MS.
