The Construction Of Theoretical Model Of Spleen And Its Clinical Application

Purpose: Based on literature research and theoretical research,we clarify the theoretical connotation and scientific nature of spleen visceral manifestation theory,explore and inductive the relationship between theory connotation and scientific nature,and initially establish a theoretical model of the spleen visceral manifestation.Materials and methods: 1.Literature research: The combination of ancient medical research and modern literature research.The ancient medical books,with the Inner Canon of Huangdi as the main body,combined with other representative monographs,discriminated and summarized the contents related to the spleen.Modern literature,with CNKI as the main source of information,retrieves the literature about the spleen of Chinese Medicine published in the core periodicals in China.2.Information sorting: The literature collation and theoretical analysis are used to sum up the theoretical connotation and scientific essence of ancient medical books and modern literature and the relationship between the each other.3.Model construction and Application: Based on the relationship between the theoretical connotation of the spleen visceral manifestation and the essence of the science,a theoretical model of the spleen visceral manifestation was established and applied to the typical clinical cases.Result: 1.The theoretical connotation of the spleen visceral manifestation theory are six functional systems,they are spleen spirit system,spleen stomach system,spleen essence system,spleen fluid system,qi and blood of spleen system,spleen muscle system.2.The scientific connotation of spleen visceral manifestation theory is six coherent functional processes,including CNS/ENS axis,gastrointestinal digestion process,material absorption and transport,substance metabolism,energy metabolism and muscle contraction.3.A preliminary interpretation of the intrinsic relationship between the theoretical connotation of the spleen visceral manifestation theory and the essence of the science,in addition,the theory connotation of spleen visceral manifestation which integrates theoretical connotation and scientific connotation is established.4.Combined with typical clinical cases,to validate the theoretical model of the spleen visceral manifestation.Conclusion: A preliminary interpretation of the intrinsic relationship between the theoretical connotation of the spleen visceral manifestation theory and the essence of the science,structuring theoretical model of spleen visceral manifestation,enriching the content of the theory of the spleen visceral manifestation,providing theoretical basis for the clinical application of the spleen visceral manifestation theory.
