With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and digital image processing technology,more and more fields have combined these technologies with traditional applications,to promote the development.Since the development of medical imaging technology,various imaging technologies have evolved,such as angiography,angio cardiography,computed tomography,mammo graphy,optical coherence tomography,nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,medical ultrasound and so on.These imaging technologies can reflect the pathological changes of the human body directly,provide a very intuitive reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of doctors,and bring indelible contributions to human health.In medical field,we present a coronary external situation through coronary angiography technology,at the same time,present a blood vessel internals with optical coherence tomography technology.But the cavity information gotten from optical coherence tomography can’t find the corresponding position on coronary angiography image.So,we need registrate the coronary angiography image with optical coherence tomography image to achieve better treatment effect.In this paper,the optical coherence tomography and coronary angiography are used,the key point is to research on the registration issue between above-mentioned two imaging technologys.In this paper,optical coherence tomography and coronary angiography are introduced.Then the marker of the guide wire on the optical coherence tomography image is found by the algorithm,and the drawing speed of the guide wire is calculated to match the corresponding frame of the coronary angiography image.Finally,the software platform is used to visualize the research results,and the current research situation is summarized and prospected.The first difficulty of this research is to find the marker on the coronary angiography image.In this paper,a method based on vascular centerline extraction,catheter search and marker detection is proposed.This method takes the accurate detection of vascular centerline and intravascular catheter in coronary angiography image as a prerequisite,which plays a very important role in the correct detection of markers.The second difficulty of this study is the registration of optical coherence tomography images with coronary angiography images.The current method is to find the number of frames of the optical coherence tomography image corresponding to the marker coordinates on the coronary angiography image by combining the algorithm with the known catheter pull-back speed.In this paper,a part of visua:l software development is added,which can select target blood vessels through interface interaction and dynamically display the markers detected by the algorithm,thus producing practical application value.
