Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction In Treating Urticaria With Shaoyang Syndrome

Research background:Urticaria is a common allergic skin disease,typical skin lesions are red,white or skin colored wind mass,with characteristics of no clear location,no trace after regression and severe pruritus.The disease has a high clinical incidence,and its pathogenesis is complex and not completely clear.At present,the main clinical treatment principles are to alleviate symptoms and stop itching.Compared with cardiovascular,cerebrovascular and other diseases,this disease is less harmful,but because of its repeated attacks of wind mass and pruritus,it will not only bring harm to the patient's body,but also seriously affect the quality of life,causing certain psychological problems.With the progress of society and the improvement of modern medical level,people put forward further requirements for the treatment of this disease,individualized treatment arises at the historic moment.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,which has many treatments,such as overall analysis,syndrome differentiation to alleviate the pain of patients to the greatest extent and improve the quality of life of patients.Objectives of the study:To observe the efficacy and safety of Chaihu Guizhi decoction in the treatment of urticaria,and to compare the TCM symptom score,recurrence and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi decoction is superior to oral antihistamine in the treatment of urticaria.Research methods:In this study,the patients with urticaria Shaoyang syndrome who signed informed consent were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi decoction granule and the control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride for two weeks.The TCM symptom score,symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Finally,the recurrence of the two groups was followed up for two weeksResults of the study:1.Among the 60 patients collected,3 cases fell off in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.The general data of sex,age,course of disease and severity before treatment were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 37.03%and the total effective rate was 81.48%in the treatment group and 34.62%and 76.92%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.4.After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that before.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.70%in the treatment group and 26.92%in the control group.There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Two weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate was 9.01%in the treatment group and 35.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The long-term effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi decoction is effective in the treatment of urticaria Shaoyang syndrome.It has obvious advantages over cetirizine hydrochloride in safety and control of recurrence rate.
