This paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is literature review:the literature review is divided into Western medical review and Chinese medical review.The review of western medicine summarizes the research progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in recent years from the definition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,risk factors,pathological changes and pathogenesis.This review mainly summarizes the research progress of chronic inflammatory response,oxidative stress,protease-anti-protease system imbalance,airway damage and repair abnormalities in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The review of traditional Chinese medicine summarizes the understanding of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ancient literature,the understanding of modern Chinese medicine on the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the treatment of modern Chinese medicine in stages,and the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from the three aspects of deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis.The second part is the experience of Professor Wu Weiping's experience of treating COPD by"Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method":This part firstly explains that Wu Weiping believes that imaginary,phlegm and blood stasis are the key pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Professor Wu Weiping believes that damage of lungs by chronic illness is the main cause of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Turbidity and blood stasis are not only the main pathological products of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease but also an important part of the evolution of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Then this paper discusses Professor Wu Weiping's treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method.The third part is the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qizhiyifei Granule on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Qizhiyifei Granule,which was created from Professor Wu Weiping's Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method.METHODS:32 clean Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:blank,model,theophylline and Qizhiyifei granules.The blank group was fed normally.The model,Qizhiyifei granules and theophylline group were treated with airway instillation lipopolysaccharide(LPS)combined with smoking to establish a model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The rats were given NS and Qizhiyifei granules and theophylline for 40 days.On the 61st day of the experiment,the lung tissue of the rats was taken and pathological sections were made.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes.Elisa method was used to detect serum IL-10,IL-13,TNF-a,and EGF,NE,TGF-?1 level in BALF.RESULTS:The results of the study showed that the levels of IL-10,IL-13 and TNF-? in the serum of the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(p<0.05).Compared with the model group,serum IL-10,IL-13 and TNF-a levels in the theophylline group were significantly decreased(p<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of serum IL-10,IL-13 and TNF-a in the Yizhiyifei Granule group were significantly decreased(p<0.01).The results showed that the levels of EGF,TGF-?1,and NE in the BALF of the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(p<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of EGF,TGF-?1 and NE in the BALF of the theophylline group were significantly decreased(p<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of EGF,TGF-?1,and NE in the BALF of the Yizhiyifei granule group were significantly decreased(p<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhiyifei Granule may improve lung tissue damage and airway remodeling of COPD by inhibiting chronic airway inflammation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and regulating airway injury repair process.
