Research On The Construction Of The Decoction Medication Experience Scale For Patients With Chronic Diseases

[Objective]In order to improve the experience of Decoction medication,improve the health status of patients with chronic diseases,enhance the health service ability of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the service mode and management level of traditional Chinese medicine,this study,based on Schmitt's theory of strategic experience module,develops a high reliability,good validity and operation according to in-depth interviews.,text analysis,expert consultation,questionnaire survey and data test.In order to meet the needs of modern management of traditional Chinese medicine,a tool for measuring the medication experience of decoction for patients with chronic diseases was developed.[Method]Firstly,we consulted the literature,sorted out the relevant definitions,analyzed the theoretical connotation,and preliminarily determined the theoretical framework of dimensionality with expert consultation.Invite the interviewees to conduct in-depth interviews,conduct text analysis on the interview text,gradually screen out high-frequency words,summarize and summarize ·the key items,combine with theoretical design questions,after expert review,preliminary draf't of the scale is formed.According to the preliminary draft of the scale,a pre-questionnaire was designed to collect data,and Cronbach alpha coefficient and exploratory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale.According to the revised scale,we redesign the formal questionnaire,collect data,carry out reliability analysis,content validity analysis,structural validity analysis,convergence validity analysis and differential validity analysis.[Result]Pre-survey test found that 7 items of the scale did not pass the test.The scale was revised and re-tested.Finally,the scale passed the reliability test.In the exploratory factor analysis results,the factor analysis results obtained a total of five factors,each item fell into the corresponding factors.The total interpretation ability reached 75.83%,more than 50%.The maximum f-actor load of each item is greater than 0.5.In the formal survey,the Cronbach alpha coefficients of all dimensions and questions of the scale were greater than 0.7,and the reliability test was passed.Experts passed the content validity test.In the result of exploratory factor analysis,five factors are obtained,and each item falls into the corresponding factor.The total interpretation ability reached 72.287%,more than 50%.Under each factor,the factor load of each measurement item is greater than 0.5,and there is no phenomenon of cross-factor load.In the validation of convergence validity,the standardized load coefficient of each item is greater than 0.7,the component reliability(CR)of each dimension is greater than 0.7,and the average variance extraction(AVE)of each dimension is greater than 0.5.In addition,the fitting of structural equation model has passed the test.AVE method was used to test the discriminatory validity of the scale.The results showed that the square root of AVE of each factor was larger than the correlation coefficient between the factor and other factors.Through two surveys and analysis of data,this study formed a 5-Dimensional and 23-item scale for the experience of Decoction and medication in patients with chronic diseases.After verification,the scale has good reliability and validity.[Conclusion]By combing the existing studies and combining with clinical practice,this study complements the original definition of patient experience.Based on the definition of patients'experience by scholars,this study makes a minor supplement to the definition of patients' experience.That is to say,people who can leave the hospital for further treatment without hospitalization are still within the scope of patients,and the experience formed in the continuing treatment after leaving the hospital also belongs to patients' experience.For patients with chronic diseases,this study considers that the experience of decoction medication for patients with chronic diseases is that patients with chronic diseases in the use of Decoction in the treatment of chronic diseases are more focused on their own perception and experience.Based on the five dimensions of Schmitt's strategic experience module theory,this study developed a scale with good reliability and validity.It shows that the five dimensions are more suitable for the dimension of medication experience of decoction for chronic diseases.This study verifies the applicability of the five dimensions and broadens the application scope of the five dimensions.The scale developed in this study has good reliability and validity.In the future practical application,we can investigate the patients with chronic diseases who take Decoction to understand the current experience of the patients with chronic diseases.To provide data support for improving the experience of decoction medication in patients with chronic diseases.
