ObjectAs a common Chinese medicinal herb,safflower is in great demand both at home and abroad.However,in recent years,safflower cultivation is affected by many factors,such as natural environment and so on.It is difficult to control the quality,and it is difficult to guarantee the stability of the quality of the related preparations.In addition,many varieties appeared in the field,and most of them appeared hybrid degeneration.The demand for high yield,drought tolerance and disease resistance was strong.The study on the influence of flowering time on the quality and the accumulation law of flowering components in safflower should be further explored.Method1.Study on the quality of Carthamus tinctorius L.,the way of resource investigation,investigation of safflower resources in two provinces of Xinjiang and Henan.2.The software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCMs"(Version 2010A)was employed to generate the mean chromatogram.3.HPLC method was used to compare 44 batch from XinJiang,4 batch from HeNan to measure the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A;30 batch from XinJiang to measure the contents of kaempferol.4.UPLC method was used to analyze the content of hydroxy safflower yellow A in Carthamus tinctorius L.from 4 habitats and in the last 3 seasons.5.The semi quantitative analysis of 4 kinds of different colors and the 4 florescence of cultivated safflower was carried out by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Result1.XinJiang since the last century since 80s as the largest planting area in China,annual output of about 4000 tons,planting area of 40 thousand hectares,mainly in Changji,Tacheng and Yili regions,economy chain perfect,promote local economic development in Henan;self introduction and cultivation to Chinese 2000 years ago has been as the genuine old areas,the planting area of only a few thousand ha,mainly distributed in Xinxiang city and Weihui County of Yanjin.2.A specific UPLC fingerprint of C.tinctorrius from Xinjiang has been set up and establelished and 26 common peaks were designated and carry out the similarity analysis of the samples.Cluster analysis was adopted in combination with principal component analysis to study 30 batches from Xinjiang C.tinctorrius characteristic common peaks and to differentiate the Carthamus tinctorrius L resources.The results showed that the qualities Xinjiang and Henan have significant differences and the samples collected different varieties from same region and differnent regions both had certainly differences.The difference among chromatographic fingerprints of C.tinctorrius samples was identified by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.3.The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A from XinJiang and HeNan of different varieties and producing area 48 batch 1.037-2.622;The contents of kaempferol 31 batch 0.288-0.739;The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A from Changji Prefecture Qitai County Yunnan Datou average content the highest,reach 2.518%,three major producing areas trend Changji>Tacheng>Urumqi>Yili district;The contents of kaempferol overall trend Yili>Tacheng>Changji district.Henan Xinjiang Urumqi area samples and samples of the 3.kaempferol determination of kaempferol in the process of embedding another peak,two peaks and other area samples have been separated,separation is not up to the level of the Pharmacopoeia,extraction and determination of kaempferol in Pharmacopoeia of a down method needs to discuss.4.There was no obvious regularity and significant difference in the content of hydroxy safflower yellow A in Carthamus tinctorius from 4 habitats and in the 3 florescence.UPLC of hydroxysafflor yellow A content determination method,this method is reliable,efficient and fast,the determination of Henan safflower samples,the most effective component of Xinxiang Yanjin County,safflower,no obvious regularity and significant differences and different cultivation environment were collected under the 4 area of Henan 3 flowering in safflower hydroxy safflower yellow A content.5.The same environment:Safflower glucoside content is as follows:the fireworks blooming>flowering>abortive flowering>bud,The content of white saffron is 10 times that of yellow and red flowers.The content of adenosine in red and yellow flowers decreased with the increase of florescence,The content of adenosine in white safflower is O.The content of hydroxy safflower yellow A in red safflower was in turn:the fireworks blooming>flowering>abortive flowering>bud.The content of the florescence of yellow safflower:the fireworks blooming>abortive flowering>bud>flowering,The contents of the white safflower were not detected.and Yield Related Agronomic Traits between flowering plant height,stem diameter compared to red,yellow,white;lodging resistance:yellow,white,red;a number of branches:white,yellow,red;the top head diameter:yellow,red,white.ConclusionXinjiang annual total area of about 600 thousand acres of safflower,accounting for the country's total of 80%,China's key safflower producing areas,Economic chain is perfect.Henan is the authentic old areas,but the planting area is greatly reduced,serious degradation of varieties.UPLC fingerprint is an available,convenient,and reliable method,which can be used to access the quality of C.Tinctorrius;In different areas and different varieties of Flos Carthami,Xinjiang Changji area of hydroxysafflor yellow A is the highest,and kaempferol content is also good,the comprehensive analysis of the quality of Flos Carthami in this area is better;Analysis by synthesis the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A and kaempferol of Carthamus tinctorrius L.from Xinjiang Chanji Prefecture is all good;Safflower was collected in the field,and the harvest time had little effect on the content of hydroxy yellow A,However,due to the full flowering of the brightly colored velvet full quality,it can be selected in the actual field of picking in the majority of red flowers bloom,at the flowering and flowering of the lost part of the overall quality of safflower has little effect.In addition,the experiment was carried out to establish a method for the determination of the main effective component of safflower yellow A,UPLC,and the improvement of the elution system;Red silk safranine longer,high yield;The Yellow safflower is a kind of early non-thorn variety with low yield,Safflower yellow pigment content is less;White flowers have thorns,no safflower yellow.This paper has two main points worthy of further exploration and research,1.items down the kaempferol content determination method of Pharmacopoeia needs further discussion,the Pharmacopoeia should be further studied kaempferol content is the lowest;the last part of the 2.project is completely thornless varieties Huanghua,white red fireworks by content of normal flowers more than 10 times,and other the medicinal composition is less yellow red and white thornless safflower mutation gene composition or expression of further mining.Although the research is incomplete,several parts of the data can provide reference for local planting and benefit safflower related enterprises.
