Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Coriander Tea From Libo

Objective:To study on the constituents and bioactivity of Isodon amethystoides(Benth.)C.Y.Wu et Hsuan and search for leading compounds with new structures,provide scientific foundation for further research of Isodon amethystoides.Methods:The air-dried and powdery leaves and terms of Isodon amethystoides were extracted with 90%methanol,then isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,MCI,HPLC and recrystallization;with the application of UV,IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction,structures and absolute configurations of compounds were identified.Result:22 compounds have been isolated from Isodon amethystoides,16 of them have been identified,including four new compounds.The structure types of these compounds involved aliphatic,sesquiterpene,diterpenoid,triterpenoid,steroids and lignanoid.These compounds are 20-(2,5-dyhydroxy-11,11-dimethyl-5-isopropyl-tricyclo[8,4,0,02,8]-tetradec-7-one)-oic acid(IA-1),8,9-dihydroxy-abieten-13-en-20-oic acid(IA-2),7,9,13-trihydroxy-8,20-epoxy-abieten(IA-3),13-hydroxy-7,20-lactone-8,9-epoxy-abieten(IA-4),lophanic acid(IA-5),rubesanolide D(IA-6),P-sitosterol(IA-7),stigmasterol(IA-8),fladin A(IA-9),ursolic acid(IA-10),sesamin(IA-11),1-Acetoxyl-2e,6e-dipiperonyl-3,7-dioxabicyclo-[3,3,0]-octane(IA-12),desmosic acid(IA-13),oleanolic acid(IA-14),(-)-Clovane-2,9-diol(IA-15),Ethyl Heptadecanoate(IA-16),respectively.Conclusion:22 compounds have been isolated from Isodon amethystoides,16 of which have been identified,including four new compounds.
