Objectives:Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is one of the important methods for the treatment of symptomatic aortic valve stenosis, but there is no clear recommend in antithrombotic therapy for patients undergoing TAVR.This paper sought to analyze the incidence and characteristics of thrombosis and bleeding events in these patients. Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 56 patients undergoing TAVR were admitted to the ward 52 of FuWai Hospital. The end point included all-cause death, myocardial infarction, stroke, massive hemorrhage and life-threatening bleeding in three months. Results:There were 50 prostheses being successfully implanted in 56 patients including 30(60%)males and 20(40%)females.Average age was(79.22±5.2).Transcarotid had 3(6%)cases and transfemoral had 47(94%)cases.Prostheses included 7(14%)Edwards SapienXT,18(36%)TaurusOne and 25(50%)VenusA-Valve.1 myocardial infarction,3 bleeding events and 3 death cases were recommended after TAVR in three months. Conclusions:Thrombosis and bleeding events in TAVR have great adverse effects on the prognosis of the elderly patients.Bleeding seems more common and even life-threatening than thrombosis.Early identification and timely treatment are needed.
