Analysis Of Related Influencing Factors Of Diabetes Eye Disease

Research Objective:The correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy,the relationship between systemic diseases and diabetic retinopathy were analyzed from the aspects of TCM syndrome differentiation and related clinical factors.Research Method:1.The study use retrospective clinical method to analyze the data that from an electronic medical record system for patients with type 2 diabetes between January of 2016 to December in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It contains basic data,TCM syndrome differentiation,clinical related factors,and clear The fundus examination information.Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation into evidence.To compare the difference between TCM syndromes and clinical related factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy and those without diabetic retinopathy,and to compare the differences between different syndromes of diabetic retinopathy.All patients with total TC?TG?LDC-C?blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,Ccr,and 24 hours urine protein,urine protein,and type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia,blood pressure ? PVD DPN,SPSS variance analysis,nonparametric test,correlation and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Research results:1.General situation:There were 590 patients who with type 2diabetes mellitus(DM)were enrolled in this study.The number of male patients are324 which account for 58% and the female patients are 248 which account for42%.There were 304 patients with NDR,accounting for 51%,DR patients 286 cases,accounting for 49%,162 cases of stage ?DR patients,accounting for 27%,64 cases of stage ?DR patients,accounting for 11%,48 cases of stage ? DR patients 8%,?DR patients in 12 cases,accounting for 3%.2.TCM Syndrome:NDR group 304 cases of TCM syndrome in high frequency distribution are: Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,dampness,heat,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation;The frequency distribution of TCM syndromes in 162 cases of stage I DR group were: qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,wet stagnation,heat Sheng,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation;The frequency distribution of syndrome in64 cases of stage ? DR group was: qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,wet stagnation,heat Sheng,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation;? DR group 74 cases of TCM syndrome frequency distribution were: qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,wet stagnation,heat Sheng,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation;The frequency distribution of TCM syndromes in 12 cases of DR group were: Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,blood stasis,heat Sheng,Yang deficiency,wet stagnation and qi stagnation.Statistical analysis of blood stasis and yang deficiency groups were statistically significant.3.clinical data:The differences between Hypertension,hyperuricemia,diabetic peripheral vascular disease,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,24 h urinary protein,urinary renal function four,creatinine clearance rate of each group has statistical significance.Research Conclusion:Diabetic retinopathy is a multi factor interaction from the disease,this study explored the basic factors,such as age,course of disease,medication is associated with diabetic retinopathy,can guide the patients to strengthen the timing of pathological changes of diabetic retinopathy.To explore the factors from the relevant clinical data such as blood pressure.Uric acid,urine protein,creatinine clearance rate,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,diabetic peripheral vascular disease,blood stasis syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome,for the clinical prevention of diabetic retinopathy main direction.
