Objective: To study the relation between the expression levels of serum nuclear transcription factor kB(NF-kB),D-dimer,BNP in mild, moderate and severe degree of acute brain injury and recovery time for more efficient treatment of acute brain injury. Methods: A total of 60 cases with acute traumatic brain injury(21 cases of mild injury,26 cases of moderate injury and 13 cases of severe injury)and 30 cases of healthy adults in the same period seen in Shandong Wendeng Osteopathy Hospital from July,2014 to October,2016 were valued the level of serum NF-κB,D-dimmer,BNP by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),of which 10 cases of moderate injury were selected randomly,to study the relation between the expression level of serum NF-kB and recovery time. Results: The expression levels of serum NF-κB in the patients with craniocerebral injury were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P <0.05).The expression levels of serum NF-κB in the mild, moderate and severe injury patients were increased gradually. The higher the expression level. Conclusion: NF-κB plays an important role in the progress of craniocerebral injury. The expression level of serum NF-κB is positively correlated with the degree of craniocerebral injury and increased more significantly than the serum level of D-dimer and BNP.The concentration of NF-kB is related to the prognosis of patients with brain injury. The block of the activation process of NF-κB is expected to indicate a new direction for the treatment of brain injury.
