The heart is a major organ of the human body and the rate of the heart also is an important indicator of human health.In medicine,diseases of the heart or other organs can be diagnosed by analyszing heart signals.A large amount of dynamic information of heart rate rhythm is contained in heart signals,which is generated by the autonomic nervous system through self-regulation of the sinus node and this is an important mechanism for the steady state regulation of the normal cardiovascular system.Heart disease has always been a research hotspot in medical diagnosis.Myocardial ischemia is a significant symptoms of coronary heart disease,and severe myocardial ischemia is likely to lead to myocardial infarction.Myocardial ischemia will cause abnormal changes in the sympathetic and vagal nerves of the heart.This type of change has a dramatic effect on the rhythm of the heart rate.Myocardial ischemia is a crucial pathological feature of heart disease and it could cause deviation of ST segment,but pure heart rate also could cause deviation of ST segment.Therefore,identifying what is the reason for deviation of ST segment quickly and accurately has vital significance in the field of clinical medicine.The reason of deviation of ST segment can be discriminated,though two different sets of data,which both can to be the reason for causing the deviation of ST segment,are studied in this paper.Meanwhile,research on cardiopulmonary coupling relationship was a hot topic of many scholars,and played an important role in the clinical testing and treatment of many diseases.The accuracy and stability of the results will be seriously affected by the non-stability time series,when joint entropy method analyse a single electrocardiogram signal or respiratory signal.In this paper,based on the research of original joint entropy,we obtain the coupling state between the cardiovascular system and respiratory system,through coupling analysis of electrocardiogram and respiratory signals,which are collected from 20 volunteers in basic condition and music condition,and find that music can modulate cardiopulmonary coupling relationship.This article mainly studies the heart signal and cardiopulmonary coupling based on joint entropy.The main innovation points and research conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to clearly identify the different causes of the deviation of ST segment among individual samples,identifying the cause of the deviation of ST segment by the results of calculation,the joint entropy and the method of joint entropy whose alternate sequence is changed are used.The experimental results show that the method of joint entropy whose alternate sequence is changed,which is proposed in this paper,could more clearly and accurately distinguish the renson for causing the deviation of ST segment.(2)Drawing a sequence at random from the data sequences of the samples of the deviation of ST segment as the alternate sequence is transformed into a series of HRV signal sequences of young healthy people.When calculate separately with the HRV signal sequence of young healthy people and the HRV signal sequence of this after removing linearity,it shows that the linear component in the alternate sequence does not affect the result of the evaluation.(3)The joint entropy which the HRV signal sequence of young healthy people and the HRV signal sequence of this after removing linearity separately serve as the alternate sequence,is applied to inspect and discriminate HRV signal sequences of before acupuncture and during acupuncture,distinguishing two different physiological states.This could provide a reliable evaluation indicator in heart disease diagnosis and treatment.(4)This paper,decomposing the electrocardiogram signal by using the empirical mode decomposition method and then coupling calculating with respiratory signal by using joint entropy,show that the result of joint entropy have similar distribution trend under different intrinsic mode functions of electrocardiogram signal in the analysis of cardiopulmonary coupling relationship.And the experimental results show that effect of coupling and distinguishing is more significant and it is more acute and sensitive to capture the change of dynamic information of the signal,when using joint entropy under the empirical mode decomposition.Therefore,it can reflect the music modulation on the cardiopulmonary coupling relationship effectively,and provide a valuable reference to further research on coupling relationship and the application in clinical medicine.
