Objective: The aim of this research is to test whether professor Yang Lishu's experience and method is more effective to treat Sudeck syndrome after radial distal fracture. Methods: This study collected 60 female inpatients of the Sichuan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital's rehabilitation department as a case, and divided them into 2 groups. The observation group(traditional joint adhesion solution combining with professor Yang Lishu's experience and method)were 30 cases, while the contrastive group(traditional joint adhesion solution)were 30 cases. There was no difference between the two groups in baseline before treatment. The measurements were observed at the time before treatment, after two weeks of the treatment, after four weeks of treatment respectively. The measurements are Including the ROM,grip strength,Wrist function score,Barthel index score,VAS score. Then the observed indicators were observed and analyzed. Results: 1.After two weeks of treatment, the wrist joint activity had no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05);the interphalangeal joint activity of the observation group was better than the contrastive group(P < 0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the wrist joint activity had no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05);the interphalangeal joint activity of the observation group was improved more than the contrastive group(P < 0.05).There are obviously improved in both observation group and contrastive group after treatment.2.After two weeks of the treatment, the hand wrist joint function score had no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05);Four weeks later, the wrist joint function score of observation group is better than that of control group(p < 0.05).Significant difference was there between the two groups after treatment.3.After two weeks of treatment, observation group's VAS score was less than that of control group(p < 0.05);The VAS score had no significant difference between two groups after four-week's treatment(p > 0.05).Significant difference was there between the two groups after treatment.4.At the time of two and four week's treatment, the Barthel index score of two groups had no significant difference(p > 0.05).Significant difference was there between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion: 1.The traditional articular adhesion release combined with professor Yang Lishu's experience in taking orally and external Chinese traditional medicine to improve hand wrist flexibility is superior to the traditional articular adhesion release.2.The traditional articular adhesion release combined with professor Yang Lishu's experience in taking orally and external Chinese traditional medicine to remit wrist joint pain is superior to the traditional articular adhesion release.3.The traditional articular adhesion release combined with professor Yang Lishu's experience in taking orally and external Chinese traditional medicine to improve wrist flexibility and the Sudeck syndrome caused by fracture of the distal radius has the exact therapeutic effect as the traditional articular adhesion release...
