Clinical Observation Of Xiajiaoqingtang In The Treatment Of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (damp-heat Betting Syndrome)

Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of decoction of decoction for the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Materials and methods:All the patients selected for this observation were from zhe obstetrics and gynecology outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Collected time of cases was from December 4,2016 to December 4,2017.Sixty cases of vaginal candidiasis vaginal candidiasis damp-heat syndrome patients who met the observation conditions were included in this observation.Using a randomized,positive drug parallel control design method,the patients who were belong to zhe observation were randomly divided into two groups that one was treatment group that included 30 patients,zhe other was control group that had 30 patients.There was no important difference in age,course of disease and severity of illness between the two groups before treatment.Treatment group: Xia Jiao Qing Decoction combined with ciclopiroxamine vaginal suppository;Xia Ciao Qing Tang,daily one,water decoction,divided into morning and evening two times warmly,each time 200 ml,even for 14 days,to avoid the menstrual period;ciclopiroxamine vagina Suppository: At night,use warm water to clean the vulva,wash your hands,and then put your fingertips on the tip of a pill(100mg)into the deep vagina.Use the warm water again to wash the vulva and vaginal discharge from the next morning and use it for 6 days.During menstruation period,during the treatment period,the underwear must be changed every day,while the same room is forbidden;the control group: use the warm water to clean the vulva at night,wash hands,and then put a finger(100mg)into the deep vagina,then wear a finger cuff.The genital and vaginal exudates were washed again with warm water for 6 days,avoiding the menstrual period.During the treatment period,the underwear must be changed every day and the same room was banned.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,symptom scores of Chinese medicine,the detection rate of Candida vaginalis,vaginal cleanliness and recurrence rate before and after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly valid,2 cases were valid,1 case was not valid,and the total valid rate was 96.7%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly valid,10 cases were valid,2 cases were not valid,and the total valid rate was 93.3%.The clinical curative effect of two groups no great differences(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of clinical symptoms before treatment and the scores of TCM symptoms.There was no great difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups and the total scores of TCM symptom scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of cases of Candida vaginalis detected after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically important difference between the two groups in the improvement of vaginal cleanliness(P<0.05).The follow-up recurrence rate was 23.3% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.The difference between the two groups had statistically significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the control group was higher than the treatment group.Conclusion :oved that Xia Jiao Qing Decoction combined with ciclopiroxamine vaginal suppository has significant curative effect on treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(damp hot and humid injection card);treatment group(lower Jiao Qing Decoction combined with ciclopiroxone vaginal suppository)improved TCM syndrome score better than control group(ring Pyridinamine vaginal suppositories).Both the treatment group and the control group were effective for vulvovaginal candidiasis;the follow-up relapse rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group.Xia Jiao Qing Tang in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(hyperpyrexia injection card)to improve the clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome total score,vaginal cleansing effect is obvious,and the recurrence rate is low,it is worth the next step in clinical research and application.
