The Application Time Point And Effect Observation Of Fire Needle Therapy In Assisted Reproduction

Objective:To observe the influences of ignipuncture intervention on special nodes in menstrual cycle on uterine microenvironment,to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness,and to further perfect its application in assisted reproduction.Methods:1?A theoretical study:the first part of this paper mainly from six aspects:?Research survey of infertility;?Current status of assisted reproductive technology and related factors affecting its success rate;?Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in assisted reproductive field;? Application characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in assisted reproductive field;?The application of menstrual cycle therapy in assisted reproduction;?Application and mechanism of ignipuncture therapy in gynecological diseases.2?A clinical study:68 patients who underwent IVF-ET(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer)were randomly divided into the research group(n=35)and the control group(n=33).Both of two groups of patients were given IVF-ET and post-transplantation luteal support with the mini-stimulation protocol by Clinical Reproductive Center of Jiangsu People's Hospital.The control group was given conventional treatment with sequential acupuncture therapy,while the observation group was given ignipuncture intervention on the specific nodes during the menstrual cycle on the basis of treatment in the control group.The two groups of patients were compared for changes of TCM symptoms during pregnancy,intrauterine membrane thickness and morphology on transplantation day,and biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate after transplantation.Results:1?The literature study found that acupuncture is effective to improve the quality of eggs,improving uterine receptivity,regulating endocrine,oocyte analgesia and prevention of complications,is worthy of recommendation for assisted reproductive.Ignipuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on various gynecological diseases.2?After ignipuncture intervention on specific nodes during the menstrual cycle,TCM symptoms curative effect index,biochemical pregnancy rate,and clinical pregnancy rates of the research group were slightly higher than those of the control group,but there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the research group on the transplantation day was superior to that of the control group(P=0.017,P<0.05).Conclusions:Ignipuncture intervention on specific nodes during the menstrual cycle can improve menstrual symptoms in patients with infertility,increase the endometrial thickness,and assist embryo implantation.
