Application Research Of EQ-5D Utility And Social Value Conversion Based On The Number Of People Weighing Method

Objective In this study,we use the method of person Trade-Off to investigate the health preferences of healthy people,adjust the traditional QALYs,and then increase the fairness of health utility.Combining with the marginal utility theory of economics,using the function of health utility and social value to solve the social value of the intervention measures.The relationship curve between utility value and social value is constructed,and the traditional utility is converted into social value.Especially with no significant differences in the improvement of utility or effect,the use of cost-social value evaluation can be more comprehensive analysis of the health intervention program from the perspective of social equity.The results can provide an effective reference for the formulation of individual clinical decision-making,provide objective evidence for social and project reevaluation,and provide decision support for optimal allocation of government health resources.Methods The research data from the subject of pharmacoeconomics evaluation of a drug treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris.The utility value of EQ-5D in the experimental group and the control group was calculated by the Japanese utility integration system.Literature research and experts consulting were used to determine the health status of the utility.Using the method of person Trade-Off to investigate the proportion of social value of the two interventions.The proportion of value and the utility value of health were put into the function,this model was used to determine the social value of the project,and the social value curve was drawn.By using the method of Cost-Social value analysis,the social value of the two interventions were evaluated.Content This study is based on the method of person Trade-Off to explore the conversion of EQ-5D utility and social value.First of all,the health status of the subjects before and after treatment was determined and the questionnaire was designed.According to the original survey data of chronic stable angina pectoris EQ-5D efficacy scale,the health utility of different interventions were calculated.Literature research and experts consulting were used to determine the health benefits of patients.Secondly,to determine the proportion of social value and fit the curve of health utility and social value.According to the standard procedure to carry on the questionnaire investigation.Analyze the data and get the proportion of social value of the two groups of interventions.Combined with the best relationship model of health utility and social value determined by goodness of fit test of foreign scholars,the social value of the treatment project was determined,and the social value curve was drawn.Finally,the evaluation of the social value of each scheme is carried out.According to the social value and cost data of two groups of research projects to evaluate the economic performance of the treatment for a comprehensive comparative analysis,and then arrival at a conclusion.Results A total of 369 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire.Analysis of the data,the two different interventions after treatment.The difference between the two groups in the social value of no statistical significance,P>0.05.The evaluation result is consistent with the result of utility evaluation.The cost data and social value were used to evaluate the economic performance of different interventions in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris.Social value analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of social value,P>0.05,so the minimum cost method was used to compare the difference between the two treatments.The drug cost of the experimental group was 367.39 yuan,and the cost of the drug in the control group was 326.25 yuan.The statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.001.The sensitivity analysis results are consistent with the above results.Conclusion In this study,the conversion of utility and social value of general EQ-5D scale was realized by using the method of person Trade-Off.In patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease as an example,the evaluation of different intervention measures was carried out on the basis of cost social value economics.The survey method is scientific and feasible,and the function model has a high effectiveness..The research has good popularization value.Design questionnaire should be selected according to the integral system of health utility research objective and disease.It is recommended to choose a mature version or other versions based on the national cultural background.The description of the disease health status in the questionnaire should be objective,accurate and easy to understand.If necessary,it is recommended to demonstrate by Delphi method.In addition,we should choose the economic and statistical methods flexibly according to the characteristics of the collected data.
