Objective To study the correlation between HBeAg and Pre-S1 and IL-17 and Treg cells and HBV-DNA antigen in hepatitis B patients. Methods Hepatitis B five quantitative adopt ECLI,while using real-time PCR to detect HBV-DNA,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay pre-S1 protein and IL-17,FCM to detect Treg cells. Results In four modes HBV-DNA,pre-S1 protein positive rate was respectively 79%,88%,57%,34%;60%,90%,43%,29%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).HBeAg and pre-S1 protein combined detection,HBV-DNA positive rate differences were statistically significant(P<0.01)between the double-negative group, positive group of single and double-positive group. The compliance rate between HBeAg and pre-S1 protein combined detection and HBV-DNA is 78.5%.For HBeAg with HBV-DNA double positive samples, there is a positive correlation between the two indicators(r=0.392,P<0.01),in the four groups of HBV-DNA,there is no significant difference of HBeAg level between<10~3 group and 10~3-5-5 group(P>0.05),among other groups differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount and frequency of Treg cells and IL-17 are positively correlated to HBV-DNA.Conclusion HBeAg,HBV-DNA,Pre-S1 antigen has a good correlation, the compliance between HBeAg and pre-S1 protein can be better detected HBV-DNA level, there is a positive correlation between IL-17 and Treg cells with HBV-DNA,has important meaning in research on immune mechanisms of hepatitis B and prognosis significance. |
