The Effect Of Audiovisual Psychotherapy On The Immune Function Of Breast Cancer Patients During The Perioperative Period

Objective Breast cancer patients was observed perioperative negative emotions and immune function,To investigate the effect of Audio-visual psychological intervention to negative emotions and immune function of patients with breast cancer during perioperative.For the audio-visual psychotherapy intervention in breast cancer treatment and care in clinical applications provide a theoretical basis and practical foundation.Methods This research adopts the types of experimental research.Between January 2013 and June 2013 Selected 60 cases of female breast cancer patients in Tai An Shi a top three hospitals,confirmed by surgery and pathological biopsy in breast cancer ?-?patients,no immune system disease,did not receive the immune,chemotherapy,radiation and other comprehensive treatment..Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases each.In control group accepted routine treatment and nursing,the experimental group accepted routine treatment and nursing on the basis of giving audiovisual therapy intervention,including video therapy and music therapy after combined them referred to as "audio-visual therapy.Two groups of patients before and after intervention was observed that negative emotions of anxiety and depression,T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells and B lymphocytes changes.Result The experimental group before and after the intervention of SAS,SDS,T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells were significant difference(P<0.05),B lymphocyte ratio have no significant difference(P>0.05),but increased,compared with before.;SAS,SDS of before and after the intervention and control group,T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells,and B lymphocyte ratio comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Before and after the intervention SAS and SDS difference of the experimental group and control group had a significant difference(P<0.05);CD4+/CD8+,B lymphocyte ratio of the difference before and after the intervention,the treatment group and control group had significant difference(P<0.05);Experimental group and control group before and after the intervention,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and NK cells of difference comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the experimental group big had changes in these indicators compared with controls.Before the intervention,SAS,SDS and immune indexes related analysis respectively,using Pearson correlation coefficient,SAS,SDS,no linear correlation with the immune indexes(P>0.05);After the intervention,SAS,SDS and CD4+/CD8+and NK cells in a straight line correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Audio-visual psychotherapy interventions for perioperative patients with breast cancer treatment and rehabilitation has certain clinical value,it not only can effectively improve the patient's negative emotions,and to improve and enhance the patient's immune function,as a widely in breast cancer patients perioperative of personalized,comprehensive clinical psychological intervention to provide theoretical basis and practical basis.
