relevant medical institutions were consulted for adjusting the emphasis of this study according to the experts' advice and actual demand;for corresponding proposals in combining experts' advice and literature research.Statistical description and analysis:This method was used in order to analyze and compare related data between different localities which the non-resident patients were from, between Beijing city and non-Beijing cities, and between different cities in Hebei Province.By surnmarizing the characteristics, similarities and differences, influence factors of big differences patients in the same conditions.(3)starting with the difference of disease categories, analyzing the difference of patients in the same disease and deeply analyzing the reason.(4)taking patients from and disease eharacteristics of patients from Hebei Province;reflecting the medical service supply situation of the 17 municipal hospitals for Hebei Province. Conclusion:Among the patients having received medical treatment in the 17 municipal hospitals in 2014,the local patients were the main body of the patients;the non-resident patients mainly used outpatient service of medical resources in Beijing and mainly came from the eastern region-the patients mainly came from Hebei Province among the eastern region;the total medical spending of patients from Hebei Province was relatively great but spending per time was relatively few and disease type of them was basically consistent with other non-resident patients.Outpatient service expense was less than the hospitalization expense in these 17 hospitals. The non-resident patients mainly used hospitalization service of medical resources in Beijing and mainly chose specialized hospital. The non-resident patients preferred to specialized hospital having advantages.Children, pregnant women and elderly were main parts of local patients while children aged 0 to 4 and patients aged 25 to 54 were main parts of patients elsewhere. For hospitalization service, the proportions gap of different age groups of Patients was not big except a small amount of patients aged 15 to 24.Focus of disease control and prevention should be distinguished for different age groups and gender of patients,5o it was difficult to prevent and control requirements of medical service for non-resident patierits.Tumor and digestive system disease were major disease categories of non-resident patients having received medical treatment in Beijing. For patients with similar illnesses, fee per time non?resident patients need to pay was higher than local patients mainly because of heavier disease condition.Several municipal hospitals undertook a large amount of medical service for non-resident patients and even they became main body
