combined with the existing single-DRGs and international experience of DRGs to pay for appendicitis and coronary heart disease were two types of the disease costs,as well as comparative analysis of the factors affecting the hospital,to provide reasonable for our future DRGs mode reference proposal.Objective:This study of two types of common appendicitis and coronary heart disease and the cost estimates made up,and the corresponding medical sort of project,from multi-angle multi-level analysis of the same disease at all levels between the hospital,the hospital fees and other differences among the various levels inside and outside the doctor and found all kinds of factors influence the cost of the disease,as well as the behavior of the different treatment of hospital or doctor to the implementation of DRGs and pricing for the next hospital and medical insurance sector reference.Methods:For domestic and foreign literature on the cost of disease management,hospitals and clinics
