Purpose: To investigate the expression and significance of MIF?CD74?NF-?B?MMP-9andCyclinD1 in human cervical carcinoma cell strains and invest the relationships of MIF andNF-?B in the cervical cance. provide a possible effective new clinical way for the therapy ofcervical cancer. Methods: firstly, MIF?NF-?B protein expression was examined with Immmunohistoehemiealanalysis,Western blot analysis and ELISA in cervical cancer CaSki and Siha cells . Secondly,NF-?B inhibitor PDTC on the inhibition of cancer cell lines Caski was examined by MTT andBoydne, thirdly, MIF?CD74?NF-?B?MMP-9 and CyclinD1protein expression after NF-?Binhibitor PDTC was examined with Immmunohistoehemieal analysis,Western blot analysis andELISA..Results: MIF?NF-?B is highly expressed in cervical cancer, The expression of CaSki that istransfer of intestinal cells is higher than Siha, It is showed that the expression of these factorsmay be closely related to the metastatic potential of cells. The MTT assay and Boydne showedthat treatment with NF-?B inhibitor PDTC significantly inhibites the proliferation of cervicalcancer CaSki cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. MIF?CD74?NF-?B?MMP-9 andCyclinD1 protein expression was inhibited by the interaction of NF-?B inhibitor PDTC, We canspeculate that MIF may be explored through the NF-?B signal transduction pathway forexpression of MMP-9 and CyclinD1, and promot migration and proliferation of cancer cell lines. There are positive correlation between MIF and NF-?B?MMP-9?CyclinD1?NF-?B andMMP-9?CyclinD1 in the cancer cell caski linesConclusion: The NF-?B inhibitors (PDTC) can significantly inhibit MIF to cervical cancer cellsfactors related to transfer the promoting function of expression, and rein in cervical cancermetastasis, the NF-?B signalling pathways may influence the metastasis is one of the mainpathways.
