In order to solve the problems of rice stem growth,agricultural large area lodging and low rice yield caused by excessive fertilization,the effects of nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria biological fertilizer and foliar fertilizer on rice growth,lodging resistance,yield and quality were studied.This test was conducted in 2018~2019 at the Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University and The Chahayang Farm Management Area in Heilongjiang Provincial,using Kenjing No.8,Longken201 and Longjing No.31 as the test material,single-factor completely random design and random block design were adopted to screen fertilizers for cultivating high-quality seedlings and biological fertilizers and leaf fertilizers for improving rice yield and quality,single-factor completely random design and random block design were adopted to screen fertilizers for cultivating high-quality seedlings and biological fertilizers and foliar fertilizers for improving rice yield and quality.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for high yield and high quality of rice in Heilongjiang province with nitrogenous cyanobacteria bio-fertilizer and foliar fertilizer.The main research results are as follows:1.The seedling quality performance of nitrogen-fixed cyanobacteria was the best,and the stem base width,fresh weight above ground and under ground,dry weight above ground and under ground,root length,root surface area and root volume were increased by 13.10%,40.93%and 54.10%,41.07%and 68.42%,43.59%,61.42%and 77.44%,respectively.2.Under two seedling densities,when row spacing was 30 cm×hole spacing was 12 cm,nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria(yield of 7956.57 kg/hm~2)and MiGao(yield of 7992.07 kg/hm~2)both increased rice yield,which was 6.34%and 6.81%,respectively,compared with the control group.3.Applying MiGao can significantly reduce internode length of stalk in the plot,which is14.88%lower than CK,and increase internode folding resistance,internode roughness and dry matter weight of stalk,which are 55.75%,12.79%and 42.68%higher than CK,respectively.At the same time,nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria combined with MiGao treatment significantly reduced the height of center of gravity and length of internodes by 10.48%and 14.57%,respectively,compared with the control group.4.The yield of the plot with MiGao was 9456.32 kg/hm~2,which was 8.46%higher than that of the control group,and the yield was increased by increasing the panicle number.The yield of potted rice was increased by 18.36 g/hole,which was 3.20%higher than the control group.MiGao significantly increased the 1000-seed weight of the secondary stem.5.MiGao was applied to improve the whole milled rice rate and taste quality of potted rice,and the taste score reached 84.53 points,2.56 points higher than that of the control,while the protein content,chalky grain rate and chalky degree of rice were also reduced.In summary,it is recommended that the density of transplanting seedlings should be 30 cm×12 cm in row spacing,MiGao can effectively improve rice yield and increase lodging resistance of rice plants.
