The arrival of the era of big data has brought new opportunities and challenges to the management of the marine sector.At present,China has a certain foundation in the development and application of big data in the marine field.It has rich data resources and application market advantages.The opening of fishery data has great economic and social value.However,the decentralized management,conflict of interest,ability literacy and mechanism system of existing marine fishery data are all external factors that affect data sharing.Most of the data are in the hands of different people,and data in the same field cannot be integrated.It makes it difficult for data to exert its own value,resulting in a situation of “management difficulties and information silos”.To solve this stagnation situation,it is fundamental to solve the problem of sharing mechanism.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development status of national scientific data resources and the study of data sharing mechanism in ocean-related fields,the open sharing mechanism of ocean fishery data is constructed..The specific research content is as follows.(1)Current Situation of Marine Fisheries Scientific Data Resources: using interviews,research,literature,classification and other methods to study the current status of the collection,processing,storage and application of marine fishery scientific data in China,the application of data,data,and data sharing Demands are classified to provide objective and real-world data support for the study of marine fishery science data sharing service models and mechanisms.(2)Research on the model and mechanism of scientific data sharing service: This paper summarizes and analyzes the current patterns and mechanisms of scientific data sharing,and analyzes the characteristics of various models and mechanisms and their sharing and service of scientific data.The impact provides a theoretical basis for the study of data sharing models and sharing mechanisms for marine fisheries.(3)Research on the model and mechanism of marine fishery science data sharing service: Based on the current status of marine fishery science data resources and the research results of shared service models and mechanisms,combined with the characteristics of marine fishery science data sharing,a variety of models of parallel marine fishery science are proposed.Data sharing service mode and mechanism,the service model and mechanism have the characteristics of xxx,some of the results of this model have been applied on the national marine science data sharing platform,and achieved good results.
