The experiment was conducted in the modern greenhouse and plastic greenhouse of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University from April to August 2018.The cucumber variety"Changchun Mickey"was used as a test material.Potted test method was used to set different levels of Fusarium oxysporum treatment test.The dynamics of Fusarium oxysporum population in the soil and the pathogenesis of cucumber wilt disease were measured and analyzed regularly.And the effect of different levels of Fusarium oxysporum on the growth of cucumber,clear the critical concentration of Fusarium oxysporum;at the same time,the appropriate concentration of Trichoderma 809 conidia and chlamydospores selected from the previous test,and the tip of the critical concentration Fusarium oxysporum was tested by
