Soybean contains protein,fatty acids,isoflavones,saponins,dietary fiber and other important substances with health effects on the human body.In this experiment,the application of sulfur fertilizer reveal its influence on the content of soybean fatty acids,isoflavones and other nutrients for different genotypes,look for the vintage sulfur fertilizer of three Main genotype varieties soybean of Heilongjiang Province,improve soybean nutrients and physiologically active substance content,improve soybean quality,increase cost effectiveness.Therefore,in this test,there is important theoretical significance and practical significance which can guide the production.In this test,three soybean varieties of Heilong 37(HN37),Heilong44(HN44)and Heinong 48(HN48)were selected as the test material with potted plants,each species set four sulfur treatment as S1,S2,S3,S4(application of elemental sulfur 0g,0.02 g,0.04 g,0.06 g per kilo soil).Take SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,efficient gas chromatography,UV spectrophotometer,organic solvent extraction,enzymatic method to determine the content of globulin,fatty acids,isoflavones,saponins,and dietary fiber in mature grain.The results showed that: with different treatment of the same species,the total soybean isoflavone content of two species HN37 and HN44 have shown for the highest content of S2 processing,while the HN48 shown the highest content under S3 level.Suitable sulfur known as help to improve the content of total isoflavones in three varieties.Under different treatment of the same species,saponin content of soybean has shown as follow:for HN48 S2> S3> S4> S1;for HN44S3> S2> S4> S1;for HN37S3> S2> S1> S4.Under different treatment of the same species,dietary fiber content of soybean has shown as follow: for HN48S3> S2> S1> S4;for HN44S3> S2> S4> S1;for HN37S2> S3> S4> S1.With same processing conditions S1-S4 four sulfur fertilization on different varieties,total soybean isoflavone content of HN44 has shown the highest,followed by HN37 and HN48;With same processing conditions S1-S4 four sulfur fertilization on different varieties,all the total soybean dietary fiber content of different varieties has shown as follow: HN48> HN37> HN44;With same processing conditions S1-S4 four sulfur fertilization on different varieties,under S1 condition has shown as HN37 HN44> HN48,under S2 condition has shown as HN48> HN44> HN37,under S3 condition has shown as HN44 HN37> HN48,under S4 condition has shown as HN44> HN48> HN37.With different treatment of the different varieties,soybean isoflavone content of HN44 peaked under S3 level;soybean saponin content of HN48 peaked under S2 level;total soybean dietary fiber content of HN37 peaked under S3 level.Molecular weight of 7S and 11 S globulin subunit shew little change in various species with various treatments,but apparent discrepancy in the content of globulin subunit composition between different species.Specific performance as follow: For HN48,content of ???????? shew the highest under S2 processing,content of acidic subunits and basic subunits shew the highest under S3 processing;For HN44 and HN37,the same performance appeared: content of???????? shew the highest under S3 processing,content of acidic subunits and basic subunits shew the highest under S2 processingal.The fatty acid content of three genotypes of soybean seed were all increased.Under S3 condition,a small amount of myristic acid appeared in HN37 and HN48 grain.Oleic acid(C18: 1)and stearic acid(C18: 0)content of HN44 grain is much higher than other varieties;the content of oleic acid(C18: 1)shew the highest in the HN48 grain;there is no significant difference between ?-linolenic acid and palmitic acid content of HN44,HN48 and HN37 grain.Thus,sulfur can make a significant effect on the content of nutrients in the five kinds of soy,appropriate sulfur is known to help to improve the content of various nutrients.
