Rice(Oryza sativa)is one of the three major grain crops in our world,both the yield and quality are closely related to human production and living.Heading date is one of the most important traits of rice,it has very close relationship with the output of rice.Now,there are more and more research on rice heading stage by some domestic and foreign experts,respectively.Some research results show that the rice heading stage is a Quantitative traits.Some of these genes locus have been mapping and be cloned.But so far,most genes are delayed earing gene positioning,rarely control rice early earing genes.On the other hand,the colder weather in northeast China,accumulated temperature is lower,early rice heading is particularly important.So this topic using indica japonica mixed type of advantage,fixing the rice early earing related QTL analysis.In this study,we used H308(japonica rice)as female parent,H276(indica)and H321(indica)as male parent,build two hybrid populations,and QTL mapping analysis of heading date in our populations.The results are as follows:QTL mapping analysis of heading date in our hybrid populations by mapmaker3.0,QTLmap and IciMpping4.0.Our work detected five QTLs in H308 and H276 related to the heading date.Among two QTLs related to the heading stage in H308 and H276 is major QTL.Two major QTLs are qHd7 and qHd8,others are qHD4,qHD10 and qHD12.Two major QTLs are located in chr.7 and chr.8.The contribution rate of qHD7 and qHD8 is 29.8%and 11.4%.The additive effect of qHD7 and qHD8 is-11.375 and-5.3347,respectively.Our work detected three QTLs in H308 and H321 related to the heading date.All of these are minor QTLs.Then,we identification of two major QTLs qHD7 and qHD8 through heterozygous loci in F2 generation group,The results show that express qHd7 can be stable and can be detected in F3 generation in the experiments.qHd7 is the recessive gene and additive effect from H308,locating in F3 generation between RM5436 and RM3917.Through the experiment research,in order to further the mechanism of early maturity varieties breeding and in-depth research provides the reliable data. |
