The jamming mechanism is a key device in the rocket launcher system to prevent the rocket from moving back and forth and to locate the rocket.Its locking force directly affects the safety and launching effect of the rocket transport process,so the locking force of the locking mechanism is tested.especially important.The locking force testing device of the snapping mechanism is a special device for testing the locking force of the snapping mechanism.This paper aims at the problems of low testing efficiency,only static testing,unstable data,low degree of automation,single test object and so on existing in most of the existing equipment.The equipment was studied,and the research content and results include:(1)The overall design of the locking force test equipment of the jamming mechanism.The research adopts the method of theoretical analysis,based on the performance requirements of the equipment and the main technical indicators,on the basis of the old test equipment,the overall structure of the equipment and including the actuator,fast decoupling spring,quick connection of the simulated bomb,and automatic alignment of the simulated bomb are completed.The design work of key components and control transmission structure,etc.The newly developed test equipment can cover the locking force test of the full range of rocket launchers,and there is no need to change tooling and special fixtures for the locking force test of the jamming mechanism of different working principles.It solves that most of the current locking force test equipment has a single test object and cannot Covering the problem of locking force test of the jamming mechanism of all series of rocket launchers.(2)Study on the transient dynamic simulation of the decoupling process of the jamming mechanism.At present,the testing of the locking force of most jamming mechanisms is a static test.It is impossible to monitor the transient process of decoupling,and it is not possible to perform parameter compensation for factors that may affect the locking force.Based on the virtual simulation technology,this article uses Abaqus simulation software to simulate the decoupling transient process of the card-elastic mechanism.The factors that may affect the locking force of the projectile mechanism are analyzed and studied.It is concluded that the mass of the rocket,the size of the load,and the friction coefficient of the contact surface between the tail surface of the projectile and the projectile structure have a certain effect on the locking force.The influence of force is more significant.The research results make thestatic test of the locking force into a dynamic test process that can simulate the decoupling process of the entire jamming mechanism,and also provide a theoretical basis for the design of the jamming mechanism and the test equipment.(3)Design of the control system for the test equipment of the jamming mechanism.In view of the problem that most of the current blocking force test equipment has low test efficiency and low automation level,mainly relying on manual operations for test tasks,this paper has designed the test equipment control system,including key hardware selection,system control process design,and control Program writing and man-machine interface design enable the testing equipment to automatically test the locking force of the jamming mechanism,which greatly improves the work efficiency.(4)Prototype production and test analysis.In order to verify the performance of the developed equipment,this study also conducted a trial production of the prototype.By comparing and analyzing the locking force of the prototype test,the locking force of the old equipment test and the simulated locking force,the results show that the locking force data of the prototype test in this paper is more stable and the value fluctuation is small,which meets the test performance requirements of the equipment and solves the test data of existing test equipment The problem of poor reliability.
