The high degree of intelligence of unmanned combat light weapons can significantly reduce the casualties of soldiers and gradually become the mainstream direction for the development of light weapons in the world.The traditional unmanned combat light weapon design process,the mechanical system and the servo control system are designed separately.The mechanical system adopts the “drawing and playing” mode.The control system model has low precision.The design result can only be verified by the prototype experiment,and the iterative design is very low.This thesis studies the design process of unmanned combat light weapons,a top-down electromechanical structure design method,control strategy design method,electromechanical collaborative design simulation method,and finally builds a comprehensive design software based on Sysware.The full text specifically includes the following aspects:The structural characteristics and control characteristics of unmanned combat light weapons are analyzed,The load characteristics and transmission characteristics of unmanned combat light weapons are studied,The main content of the integrated design of unmanned combat light weapons are determined.The technical indicators of unmanned combat light weapons and the key component design calculation methods are analyzed.Specifically,it includes system program parameter determination,mechanical analysis of high and low landing gear components,mechanical analysis of directional rotating components,trunnion strength check analysis,motor selection and calibration methods,and research based on UG/WAVE top-down for unmanned combat light weapons.Layout design method.The mathematical model of high and low direction servo system for unmanned combat light weapons is established.The control algorithms of unmanned light weapons are studied,including classical PID control algorithm,sliding mode variable structure control algorithm and fuzzy control strategy.Finally,three different types of control strategies are designed.And the establishment of different types of control strategies for unmanned combat light weapons and the establishment of simulation models are studied.Based on ADAMS multi-body dynamics software,the multi-body dynamics modeling method of unmanned combat light weapons is analyzed.Based on Simulink control system simulation software,the control system modeling method of unmanned combat light weapons is analyzed.ADAMS and Simlulink software are used.Co-simulation is used to determine the electromechanical collaborative modeling and simulation method of unmanned combat light weapons and to build a mechanical and electrical joint simulation model of the team remote control light weapons considering the shooting response and transmission gear clearance.Researching the mechatronics integrated design idea and implementation method,based on the Sysware software platform,a special software interface is used to build an unmanned combat light weapons integrated design software platform to realize unmanned combat light weapons,electromechanical collaborative design from indicators to electromechanical coupling models.
