In recent years,with the rapid development of Ulanqab local economy and power grid construction,power grid safety accidents emerge continuously,safety management has become the biggest obstacle in the process of power grid development,and safety problems need to be solved urgently.It is particularly important to analyze the problems in safety management,improve the existing safety management system,and take preventive measures from the source.At present,China's safety management system is still in the backward stage in the world,coupled with the particularity of the power grid industry,the corporate characteristics of resource monopoly is very obvious,and the power grid industry is still in the enlightening stage of safety management.Although there are mature systems and programs for the theories and methods of safety management in the world,the cultural backgrounds and corporate characteristics at home and abroad are different.If they are directly copied and used,it will be bound to fail.Taking Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau as an example,through a large number of questionnaires and using the principle of statistics,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current Ulanqab power grid,and analyzes the reasons behind the problems;what's more,it uses the relevant theory of safety management to redesign the existing safety management scheme,and finally provides safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme.Taking the basic research of safety management as the entry point,combining the status quo of safety management and relevant laws and regulations of electric power industry,this paper tries to explore ways to improve enterprise safety management level,it provides solutions to problems existing in safety management in Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau and provides concrete practical reference scheme for relevant personnel studying the safety management theory.
