| In recent years, with the development of the economy and the increase in the number of people, the social demand for railway transportation is increasing, and the requirements for rail transit safety control systems are becoming more and more demanding.Subsystem safety performance and reliable performance requirements are getting higher and higher. This subject is the research and implementation of an on-board automatic protection subsystem for rail transit based on FPGA.The system implements overspeed protection and door control for trains based on train speed, location, temporary speed limit, movement authorization, track occupation and interface information. The system adopts the joint design method of hardware and software, and uses FPGA to design the train protection algorithm, namely the “three take two” algorithm,to improve the reliability, availability and security of the system and realize the train’s overspeed protection and door control functions. The system hardware design includes the input EMC board, input board, output board, output relay board, and common board. It implements the schematic design and PCB board production. The FPGA-based input board, output board, and common board code are written to implement the FPGA.The vehicle information collection and control, system synchronization and self-test,the system is tested through the system test platform, and the test results are analyzed. The test results show that the system performance is stable and the functions meet the design requirements. |
