Research On Safety Risk Management Of Construction Project Of CQ Rail Transit Line 5

At present,the development of urban rail transit in China is rapid,but the rapid and large number of urban subway and track construction also bring many safety problems to the city during the construction and operation period.At the same time,safety accidents of urban rail transit and metro engineering projects are still common in recent years,especially some major accidents still occur from time to time.In order to prevent safety accidents and improve safety management level of rail transit and Metro engineering,it is necessary to strengthen safety management of urban rail transit projects in construction stage.This paper takes the project construction safety risk management as the research theme,takes the CQ rail transit line 5 construction project as the research case,identifies the risk sources of the project,analyses the safety management situation of the project,evaluates the existing risks,puts forward the risk prevention and control measures,mainly controls the risks from the source,provides the reference basis for the project construction management,and provides the scheme.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the source of safety risk of CQ rail transit line 5construction project is very important,which includes five factors:management organization factor,human,machine,material and environment factor,and 20 subdividing factors.By analyzing the risk source according to the risk source classification management and control standard,the risk source is divided into three standards: first level,second level and third level,and the construction of CQ rail transit line 5 is found out.Finally,according to the risk of CQ rail transit line 5 construction project,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from six risk factors.From the aspects of perfecting the construction safety risk managementplan,strengthening the implementation of construction safety risk management,strengthening the follow-up treatment of accidents,preventing and strengthening the audit of safety risk management,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of safety risk management for construction project of CQ Metro Line 5.Based on practical engineering cases,this paper is a comprehensive result of scientific calculation,experience judgment and practice summary.It constructs the construction safety evaluation method,evaluation system and specific measures of safety management for CQ rail transit line 5,provides basis and support for the smooth construction of the project,ensures the safety production of the project,and provides reference and experience for similar projects in the follow-up.
