Magnetorheological Fluid Dampers have the advantages of stable performance,fast response,large output and easy control.The simulation of MR damper is mainly based on steady-state simulation and mixed-field simulation.a simulation method,which combines UDF with dynamic grid simulation based on regional whole motion,is proposed,in view of the fact that there are few CFD transient simulation methods to describe the whole working state of Mr dampers at present.Apply the moving magnetic field to the moving flow field,Indirectly.In addition,the damper is parameterized and its parameters are identified by ant colony algorithm.Three control strategies are realized in simulink by using the parameterized model,after analyzing the control system,.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)The working mode and boundary conditions of MRD are analyzed and the parametric models of bingham and Herschel-Bulkely constitutive equations are derived under the annular gap hypothesis and the plate clearance hypothesis respectively.The damping force of other forms of dampers is also considered.2)The parameters of the magnetorheological fluid are fitted and simulated with ANSYS electromagnetic field.The expression of the relationship between the current and the fluid yield stress at different positions in the damper channel is obtained and written into different regions by UDF.The dynamic grid based on the whole motion of the region is combined with UDF to simulate the whole recoil process of the full current flow field of the damper.Combined with the dynamic model built in simulink,the CFD simulation of four kinds of fixed current control is carried out in this paper.3)It is found that the results are in good agreement with the reality,after processing and analyzing the flow field simulation results.The working state of the damper at low speed is simulated and compared with the experimental results,.in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,.4)A model of the inverse recoil system,Mr damper,PID control strategy and fuzzy adaptive control strategy is built in simulink,using intelligent algorithm to identify the unknown variables in the parameterized model.The simulation of the gun recoil control system of Mr damper is realized.
