In recent years,electric power system reform is becoming more and more deeply,it has brought important influence to the operating environment,development concept and business model of electric power enterprises.The YN Company was founded in 1997,it is a provincial capital holding large power group.Because of the company's assets highly concentrating in Power generation projects,YN Company is affected greatly by the electric power system reform.Therefore,YN Company must change development ideas,get rid of policy dependence as soon as possible,improve core competitiveness,in order to adapt to market changes and challenges,obtain a place in the cruel market competition.According to the internal service quality theory and the YN Company 's current situation,this paper studies the necessity of carrying out internal service quality management of YN Company,and analyzes the problems and causes of the company's internal service quality,puts forward the internal service quality improvement strategy,which are three main aspects: improve employees motivation by implementing the concept of internal service quality,changing incentive mechanism and establishing corporate culture;promote employees ability by establishing a better training mechanism and holding extensive skills competition;create a good working environment for employees by constructing the internal service quality management system and optimizing the organization of the enterprise.Through the improvement of internal service quality,the company can improve competitiveness and success in reform and transformation.
