Nowadays,the development of society cannot be separated from a variety of energy sources.As renewable energy is clean and pollution-free,more and more renewable energy sources are connected to the power system.The reconfiguration of the distribution network is one of the important means to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.Therefore,it is of great value and practical significance to study the reconfiguration of distribution network with renewable energy.In this paper,considering the uncertainty of renewable energy and the fluctuation of load,the static and dynamic reconstruction of the distribution network with renewable distributed power is carried out.Firstly,the relevant theoretical knowledge of the reconfiguration of the distribution network with renewable energy is introduced,and the basic theory of the topological structure of the distribution network is briefly explained.For the randomness of renewable energy,wind power and photovoltaic two typical renewable distributed power sources are selected for analysis and their output power model is given.The calculation method of power flow in distribution network is compared,and the traditional method of forward backward generation is improved to adapt to power flow calculation in distribution network with renewable distributed power supply.Then respectively introduces standard particle swarm optimization algorithm and the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms put forward an improved binary quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,the algorithm adopts the initialization and double mutation optimization of two kinds of means,improve the global search ability of particle and optimum performance,effectively overcome the problem of "premature" particles.Based on the rule of Pareto optimal solutions of renewable distributed power distribution network reconstruct the static and dynamic reconfiguration,and carries on the optimal solution obtained satisfaction assessment for decision makers to choose,choose IEEE33 node system for the simulation calculation,the results show that the reconstruction model of distribution network is presented and the algorithm has the certain superiority,can effectively reduce the active loss of distribution network system,ensuring safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network.
