Energy and environmental problems are widely concerned in the world and in China,the energy structure of buildings dominated by fossil energy still occupies the mainstream of energy utilization,in the long run,it will lead to the depletion of non renewable resources.Seawater residual heat is recognized as renewable clean energy,and the seawater source heat pump technology,which is developed on the basis in turn,also plays an important role in clean heating,energy saving and emission reduction.Sea water intake is an important part of sea water source heat pump system,its technological innovation is the fundamental link of the development and promotion of sea water source heat pump system.Aiming at the water intake problem of seawater source heat pump system,the theoretical analysis and application research are carried out from the aspects of system form,water intake process,heat transfer characteristics,heat transfer temperature difference and transmission energy consumption.Firstly,starting from the analysis of the current situation of energy consumption in China,combined with the development of heat pump technology,the paper points out the role of sea water source heat pump system in solving energy utilization and environmental pollution,and summarizes the common ways of sea water intake.The advantages and disadvantages of different types of sea water source heat pump system are compared and analyzed.The results show that the direct dredging system is more suitable for sea water source heat pump system.The advantages and disadvantages of direct connected system,parallel connected system and hybrid system are compared and analyzed according to the different connection modes of system pipeline.Secondly,the common gravity flow and siphon water intake technologies of sea water source heat pump system are compared and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the non full pipe flow in the main sewer,the correlation formula of the non full pipe flow is derived,which provides theoretical support for the calculation of gravity flow.The process design requirements of siphon water intake are pointed out,and siphon negative pressure water intake is emphatically introduced.Next,according to the physical and chemical properties of seawater,the problem temperature were solved by using dredge heat exchange technology.On this basis,the heat transfer process of seawater at low temperature is studied.The heat transfer characteristics of 35% glycerol solution,15% calcium chloride solution and water are compared.In a comprehensive comparison,35% glycerol solution is more suitable for seawater source heat pump system.Then,the theoretical problems in the design of sea water intake are analyzed from two aspects: the temperature difference of sea water intake and the energy consumption of sea water transportation.According to the theoretical characteristics of convective heat transfer,the theoretical calculation formula of temperature difference of sea water intake is derived.Through the establishment of physical model,the relationship between the transportation distance of sea water intake and the proportion of transportation energy consumption is put forward,and the influence of transportation distance,pipeline specific friction,water intake location,temperature difference of heat intake,unit efficiency on the proportion of transportation energy consumption is analyzed comprehensively.Finally,the operation data and design scheme of Qingdao seawater source No.1 energy station project and West Coast New Area No.1 energy station are analyzed.The results show that seawater scaling,blockage,biological adhesion,electrochemical corrosion and other issues should be considered in seawater intake project;gravity flow water intake scheme is safe and reliable,and the later operation and maintenance is simple.
