Design Of Automatic Control System For Marine Fuel Oil Auxiliary Boiler

Marine auxiliary boiler is mainly used for ships with diesel engine as power,which is one of the earliest equipment to realize automatic control in marine power plant.The automatic control of boiler is the trend of boiler development.How to design a reasonable and efficient automatic control system has always been an important problem to be solved for marine engine equipment and automation technology.With the development of shipbuilding industry in the world,ships will develop towards large-scale,automatic and unmanned engine room.The basic requirements for boiler automatic control system are:simple system,safe operation,fast and accurate action requirements,high reliability.The old control system based on relays and contactors can't meet the increasingly high and complex control requirements of today's ships,so most of today's marine auxiliary boilers adopt PLC control scheme to realize the automatic control operation of the boiler.In this paper,PLC technology is used to design the automatic control system of marine auxiliary boiler.Its content is mainly composed of the following three parts: first,analyze the control characteristics,current situation,performance and principle of the auxiliary boiler,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design of the automatic control system of marine auxiliary boiler.Secondly,according to the control requirements and tasks of the ship's auxiliary boiler,the control scheme of PLC in the ship's auxiliary boiler automatic control is given,and the PLC controller is selected,the main circuit and control system are designed,the PLC wiring diagram is given on the basis of input / output,and the selection of conventional control electrical appliances and field instruments is introduced in the end.Finally,according to the design scheme and hardware design of the boiler,the PLC software of the boiler control system is designed,and the debugging method and the faults in the debugging process are described.
