As an important operation content of railway transportation,business line construction and maintenance is the main means of railway equipment maintenance.Construction and maintenance safety management has always been the most concerned issue of railway enterprises.In recent years,the scale of China's road network has expanded rapidly.With the continuous increase of new line access,existing line reconstruction and daily equipment maintenance,the number of daily construction and maintenance operations is also increasing The pressure of safety management and control is increasing.The access and process of construction and maintenance operation of railway business lines are mainly controlled through the construction register of train operation equipment.The efficiency and quality of registration and cancellation of construction and maintenance directly affect the organization of construction and maintenance operation.There are many problems in the traditional paper registration of daily organization,which has been a research topic of many units and departments for a long time.As the organization of construction and maintenance operation,registration and cancellation is not As an important part of the project,it has become an inevitable trend to research and develop the construction electronic register system.Based on the analysis of the application of the electronic registration system of China Railway Group Corporation,combined with the characteristics of the construction and maintenance organization of the railway business line,this paper designs the functional modules of the system,and divides the system into four modules: planning module,template module,process module and statistics module.The planning module realizes the functions of plan approval and station arrangement,and all the construction plans are included in the system management;the template module realizes the functions of template maintenance and content maintenance;the process module realizes the functions of registration and cancellation,remote confirmation,scheduling order Association and attendance of the staff on duty;the statistics module realizes the functions of registration and cancellation record screening and query,statistical analysis,etc.Research and determine that the construction electronic register system of business line construction operation covers the main business scope,system involves personnel,business process and four main functions to be realized.Associated with the planning system,it can automatically import construction and maintenance plan information,improve the efficiency of registration and cancellation,and prevent unplanned construction;use preset template of registration and cancellation in various scenarios to realize the maintenance and check of registration and cancellation in advance,and improve the accuracy;prevent the occurrence of misoperation through standardized control of registration and cancellation process;use the registration and cancellation process record to achieve high efficiency The effective and accurate statistical analysis provides a solid basis for clarifying the management responsibility and improving the management level;realizes the "advance management" and "one person one book" of registration and sales records,and reduces the cross interference between the station and the attendant,and between the station and the station.Taking Lanzhou Bureau Group Company as an example,this paper designs and develops the construction electronic register system of Lanzhou bureau group company,and shows the functions,application and existing problems of the construction electronic register system of Lanzhou bureau group company.The research of this paper has a certain practical significance,which can provide some reference for the management and control of registration and sales of railway business line construction and maintenance.I hope that the research of this paper can provide some help for the construction and maintenance safety management of railway business lines.
