Since the National Fitness Program(2016-2020)has been issued by the State Council in 2016,the national fitness consciousness in China is increasing,and the demand for fitness conditions and environment are also growing with each passing day.At present,information technology accelerates to a breakneck pace,but the intelligent development of fitness equipment is relatively backward so that it cannot greatly meet people's requirements of fitness conditions.Meanwhile,China started a specific study on “advanced numerical control system” in 2009,which provided many supports for those countries that were developing permanent magnetic synchronous machine(PMSM)and servo control system.Therefore,in the background of fitness equipment industry and on the basis of the permanent magnetic synchronous machine(PMSM)and servo control system,this project develops a motor servo control system with resistance as the source and applies it to strength fitness equipment,This dissertation is divided into six chapters and conducts a complete description of the whole system from principle to realization.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the development situation of fitness equipment and servo control,and also describes the dynamic trend of the servo control,then deeply explores the present circumstance and need of fitness equipment industry.From the foregoing,this dissertation puts forward a design concept of taking the permanent magnetic synchronous machine(PMSM)as the resistance apparatus to replace the use of clump weight on traditional fitness equipment.Secondly,this dissertation introduces the key technology and the whole scheme design of the servo control system,including the establishment of the mathematical model of permanent magnetic synchronous machine(PMSM),the principle of space vector pulse width modulation method and field-oriented vector control method,and the design and planning of the whole system structure and implementation scheme.What's more,this dissertation also does a brief analysis of the demands for both software and hardware of general system proposal.According to the principle of system,this study processes simulation and modeling by Matlab and presents simulation procedures and result,at last,the author analyzes the calculation results.Thirdly,this dissertation introduces software and hardware of the system respectively.The hardware part contains controller,motor drive circuit,control circuit,inverter circuit,communication circuit,pump voltage suppression circuit,sensor circuit,etc.In this part,the author also introduces the system diagram and functions.The software part contains the programming of hardware control and touch screen.In this part,the author also introduces the realization of control algorithm.Finally,this dissertation presents experimental results and product photos of the system,and the designed function of the whole system has been realized in the actual test.
