At present,China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization.In the future,urban traffic reform will be an important and sustainable project for a long time.In the case of land resources shortage,the traditional parking mode will inevitably develop to the direction of "three-dimensional parking".The realization of three-dimensional parking on limited land has become the main way to solve the problem of "difficult parking,expensive parking".As one of the simplest forms of movement and the lowest application cost in the three-dimensional garage,the non avoidance three-dimensional garage is applicable to the above ground or underground parking lot of residential quarters and office buildings,effectively expanding the number of parking spaces,which is of great significance to improve the level of urban traffic development.In this paper,the patent analysis visualization is used as the analysis tool to develop the patent retrieval strategy of the non avoidance three-dimensional garage,and establish the non avoidance three-dimensional garage patent analysis sample database.The patent visualization analysis is carried out from three aspects: the patent application trend,the distribution of the main patentees,the institutional attribute and the patent application area.Build the patent literature database of excellent patents and make patent cards,and analyze the technical characteristics of key patents with patent cards,so as to provide samples for the follow-up evolution analysis and technology prediction of the system and components of the three-dimensional garage without avoidance.Guided by the theory of invention problem solving(TRIZ),using the Ariz algorithm as an innovative tool,this paper studies the existing non avoidance stereo garage in the market,analyzes its structural characteristics and functional deficiencies,and according to the application process of the Ariz algorithm,transforms the original invention problem into the TRIZ standard problem and conceives an ideal solution.According to the conflict matrix and 40 principles of invention,the improvement scheme of key components is designed,and the overall innovation scheme of newtype non avoidance stereo garage is designed around key components.In this paper,the lightweight design of the new type of non avoidance three-dimensional garage is carried out,and its three-dimensional modeling and stress analysis are carried out by using simulation software,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the scheme in theory.The feasibility and reliability of the new scheme are verified in practice by studying and manufacturing the test prototype and carrying out the no-load,on load and overload tests.
