In the 1980 s,the share repurchase emerged and developed countries in Europe and America,the share repurchase was regarded as an important way for companies to manage capital at that time.The method of repurchase helps the stability of stock prices to a certain extent,which is also an important means to alleviate the economic crisis.It has important value and significance for the relief of the unoptimistic economic form,and it can also reshape investor confidence.It is an economic stimulus.One of the means.In recent years,there has been a fuse mechanism in my country's capital market,and the emergence of this mechanism has also triggered market emergency behavior,and the social concern about the share repurchase of listed companies has increased.Compared with Western countries,the development and maturity of my country's capital market is not strong,and there are few theories that listed companies can learn from.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the share repurchase of listed companies in combination with the actual situation of the development of Chinese companies is of great significance for strengthening the effect of the share repurchase of listed companies and improving the understanding of social investors on the share repurchase of listed companies.This article takes the share repurchase of listed companies as the main research content,based on the relevant concepts and theories of share recovery,takes the financial effect as the starting point,and uses the case analysis method to carry out an in-depth analysis of the financial effect of the share repurchase of Zoomlion.The research contents carried out in this study first introduce the background,significance,current research status,research content,methods,and research routes at home and abroad;followed by related concepts and basic theories,which mainly cover share repurchases and financial effects Concept and related theoretical content about the financial effect of share repurchases;on this basis,a case introduction of Zhonglian Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.was carried out,which first introduced the content and plan of Zhonglian Heavy Industry's share repurchase,Then introduced the motivation of the share repurchase of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.;and then analyzed the financial effect of the share repurchase of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,which positively and negatively analyzed the share repurchase of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.Status;Finally,theconclusions and recommendations of the study.Among them,the conclusion of the study was first proposed,and then some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.Through research,it was found that the repurchase behavior of Zhonglian Heavy Industry has a very obvious purpose,that is,to stabilize stock prices,adjust financial leverage,and increase investor confidence.It has been verified by practice that the results of the share repurchase of Zhonglian Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.are relatively general,and only the preliminary concept of the share repurchase has been completed.
