With the rapid development of the national railway industry,The increasing demand for railway vehicle makes the vehicle equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country get great progress.Meanwhile,in the background of the national promotion of One Belt And One Road,most of the enterprises implement the "go global" strategy.However,Enterprises also face the rising material cost and labor cost,the short delivery period,the direct competition with the international giant.It is imperative to improve management.Lean production,which is an effective way to reduce waste and improve management efficiency,has been widely used in the railway vehicle manufacturers.Aiming at the characteristics of the vehicle assembly production in the company of Nanjing Puzhen,this paper puts forward the optimization plan for the distribution of the assembly production process by using the theory and method of process balancing.This paper expounds the research background of the subject,briefly introduces the research status at home and abroad,puts forward the research contents and ideas of the paper.The basic theory of assembly line balancing is summarized and the mathematical model of solving the problem is established.In view of the characteristics of large number of parallel operations in railway vehicle assembly process,a method to calculate the working time by using process chain is put forward.The process of vehicle technology and the distribution plan of the assembly line are introduced,the time of each process is measured,the time of each working position is calculated and the balance condition of the existing scheme is analyzed.Finally,according to the theory of Ranked Positional Weight Method,by using MATLAB software to do the programming calculations,two optimizations are proposed,and the results of the optimal solutions are analyzed.This study provides an effective solution of the railway vehicle assembly line balancing. |
