Research of modern flame stability scheme of ramjet focused on the blunt body,sudden enlargement,concave cavity and vortex in 21st century by simulation.This paper focused on a v-shaped and concave cavity flame holder structure parameters affect the performance of liquid ramjet combustor.Firstly paper studied Angle of v-shaped flame holder and blocking ratio in the combustion chamber of combustion efficiency and pressure loss,by determine the optimal performance of flame holder.Results show that the area of recirculation zone of Angle is 600 is the largest,helps increasing the combustion efficiency.The combustion efficiency and pressure loss are increasing by the increasing of blocking ratio.The numerical research of concave cavity structure parameters,the result shows that after the 450 best wall Angle has the best combustion efficiency,the efficiency will increase by increasing the length of the concave cavity,but may cause higher pressure loss.The concave cavity wall height difference before and after show the same low.The differences between flame holder reentrant combustion chamber were conducted in this paper by simulation,result show that the ignition of concave cavity is more easily then reentrant combustion border region,v-shaped flame holder is regard as a center combustion mode,v-shaped stabilizer is helpful for gas mixing,but will increasing the pressure loss.Summed up the advantages and disadvantages of "V" and the concave cavity,the concave cavity combined with a blunt body flame stabilizer,a new center in vortex stabilizer with liquid ramjet were designed,the experiment of stabilizer were conducted,the result were very successful,proved the feasibility of the stabilizer. |
