The thin-walled U-shaped steel is a new type of cross-section steel.This type of steel has only appeared in people's eyes in recent years.Experts and scholars have little research on it,and its stress performance is not clear.Crimped thin-walled U-shaped steel is cold-formed thin-walled steel.For cold-formed thin-walled steel,stability is the core issue.Generally speaking,the greater the width-thickness ratio of cold-formed thin-walled steel parts,the more economical the benefits.Good,but excessive width-thickness ratio of the plate will cause premature failure of the component,so measures need to be taken to limit the buckling of the plate,such as setting stiffeners or limiting the width-thickness ratio of the plate.Increasing the width-thickness ratio of the plate can increase the component The buckling bearing capacity of the component will prevent the member from premature failure and failure,but increasing the width-thickness ratio of the plate will inevitably increase the steel consumption of the plate,so a reasonable cross-sectional design is particularly important and reasonable for cold-formed thin-walled steel The cross-section must meet both the bearing capacity requirements and the economic requirements.Because scholars have little research on curled thin-wall U-shaped steel,and the design of its section is still in the exploration stage,so how to design a reasonable section of curled thin-walled U-shaped steel is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the stability performance of the thin-walled U-shaped steel unidirectional bending member is studied,and according to the results of the study,the design of the reasonable cross-section of the thin-walled U-shaped steel is recommended.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the unidirectional bending performance of the thin-walled U-shaped steel with a finite program CUFSM.33 different members are selected,and the length of each member is set to 2.5m,which divides all members into four.Each series studies the influence of one parameter.These four parameters are the ratio of the web height to the upper flange width,the hemming height to the upper flange width,the lower flange width to the web height,and The thickness of the plate,because the cross-section of the thin-walled U-shaped steel is not symmetrical about the X axis,the compression performance of the component on the open side and the tensile force on the open side are not the same.Based on this,four series components It is divided into two categories: open-side compression and open-side tension to study,and the variation rules of buckling stress,buckling mode and half-wave length of the member are obtained.Finally,the reasonable range of values ??for these four parameters is given in this paper.This reasonable range can design a more reasonable section in actual engineering,so that it can not only meet the needs of actual engineering,but also have certain economic indicators.
