This paper makes a special study on the office reconstruction of old factory buildings in the reuse scope of old buildings.The establishment of the research topic is mainly based on field research,human body science research,sustainable construction requirements and current national policies.The transformation of old factory buildings has experienced enlightenment,transformation and maturity,which has become an indispensable part of modern office landscape.With the extension of office hours,the impact of office space indoor thermal environment quality on the physical and mental health and work efficiency of office workers is becoming increasingly obvious.However,at present,the indoor thermal environment is often ignored in the design stage of office reconstruction of old factory buildings in China,resulting in a series of problems such as the damage of office workers' physical and mental health,large energy consumption of building operation,etc.The purpose of this paper is to explore the design strategy of the office renovation of old factory buildings under the guidance of thermal environment optimization.By collecting and sorting out the books and documents about the old workshop office reconstruction building examples and related theoretical research,this paper combs the exploration process of the old workshop office reconstruction building at home and abroad,and further limits the scope of the research object from three aspects of geographical scope,construction time and architectural form.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A survey of the current situation of the transformation of the typical old factory building office project in Jinan JN150 cultural and creative park,including the project overview,external space transformation,building appearance transformation,internal space transformation and indoor environment status.(2)Through the special investigation of thermal environment of the old factory building office renovation,the thermal environment status of the colorful advertising creative workshop project is obtained through the subjective thermal comfort questionnaire and computer simulation.Questionnaire data and simulation results show that there is a gap between indoor thermal environment and comfort standard.(3)The necessity,implementation value,feasibility and implementation path of thermal environment optimization as a design goal orientation include design idea,design process and design method.(4)The factors influencing thermal environment of office buildings in old factory buildings include external climate factors,surrounding building factors,building body factors,office personnel factors,office equipment factors and interior decoration factors.(5)Under the guidance of thermal environment optimization,the principle and process of office renovation of old factory buildings are introduced.The transformation principles include: the principle of standardization and adaptation,the principle of form following,the principle of logic following,the principle of thermal comfort and the principle of comprehensive benefit.The design process under the guidance of thermal environment optimization includes: current situation investigation,task book sorting,general layout redesign,function reorganization,space integration,peripheral protection structure transformation,scheme comparison and final verification.And compared with the traditional transformation process.(6)Under the guidance of thermal environment optimization,the office renovation strategy of old factory buildings.The transformation strategy is divided into four parts: environment construction strategy,function and space reorganization strategy,peripheral protection structure transformation strategy and the latest material technology strategy.Among them,the strategy of environment constructionincludes layout adjustment,landscape construction and facility construction;the strategy of function and space reorganization includes function three-dimensional configuration and "implant" regulatory space;the strategy of peripheral protection structure reconstruction includes optimization of thermal performance,combination of daylighting and ventilation,combination of green water body and double skin strategy;the latest material technology use includes glass material innovation and pavement Innovation of technology and window installation technology.Finally,according to the research framework of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,a set of systematic design theory of old workshop office renovation guided by thermal environment optimization is summarized and verified by research design.
