In the modern transport industry,tanker transport plays a very important role in the transport industry,accounting for about 18%of the total freight transport.In the process of transportation,tank truck's liquid sloshing affects riding stability,which can easily lead to traffic accidents.In order to reduce the traffic accidents caused by liquid sloshing,it is necessary to install wave-proof plates inside the tank.The position arrangement and structure design of wave-proof plate can effectively reduce liquid sloshing and play an important role in safe driving of tank car.In the process of transportation,due to the uneven road surface and the change of speed,the liquid inside the tank sloshes and causes damage to the wave-proof plate.It is necessary to analyze the stress condition of the wave-proof plate and the inner wall of the tank.This paper takes the tank body of a certain type of tank car produced by a certain company as the research object,through the method of combining test and finite element simulation,the wave proof board and tank body are studied,aiming at improving the overall function of the tank car.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)According to the design of the tank,the author carries out three-dimensional modeling of the tank and conducts finite element static analysis of the tank to verify that the tank and the wave proof plate meet strength requirements.The static test of water injection is carried out on the tank body.By changing the height of the water injection liquid level in the tank body,the stress value of the measuring point position on the tank support,tank surface and internal wave proof plate is obtained,and the test results are compared with the calculated results to judge the accuracy of the finite element static analysis,For dynamic analysis of tank foundation.2)Dynamic test was carried out on the tanker,at the height of carrier liquid level 1322mm,on the cement pavement,scales and Billy stone pavement.Measure the strain value of the anti-wave plate under normal driving and 0.32g braking conditions,and fluid-structure interaction of the inner surface of tank car and wave-proof plate are analyzed to verify whether the dynamic conditions of tank wall and wave-proof plate meet the strength requirements.The dynamic testing results comparing with the results of fluid-solid coupling analysis,verify the accuracy of the fluid-structure coupling analysis.It is of great significance to the development and research of new type tank truck.3)Use n Code Design Life software to analyze the fatigue Life of the wave board,and get the position with the shortest life on the wave board,as the overall life limit of the tank truck,determine whether the shortest point of life meets the fatigue life requirements of tank truck.On this basis,the structure of the wave-proof plate is inproved,and the fatigue life of the improved wave board is analyzed,so that the improved wave board can meet the fatigue life requirements.The structure optimization and performance simulation analysis of wave-proof plate can provide research basis for improvement of product performance.
