Quality is the foundation of survival and development of an enterprise.Natural gas pipeline transportation is the safest and most effective natural gas transportation mode at present,and the construction quality of natural gas pipeline is the key factor to guarantee the normal operation of natural gas pipeline.The construction of any natural gas pipeline is a very complicated project.Any problem in the pipeline system will not only affect the normal operation of the whole system,but also cause huge losses in economy,safety and environment Continuous improvement of the construction quality of natural gas pipelines is of great significance to the normal operation of the natural gas pipeline network,the normal life of thousands of households and the normal operation of social economy.The CDB high-sulfur natural gas field development project is a foreign cooperation project between China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)and the CV company of the United States.It is also one of the largest onshore cooperative natural gas development projects in China.The project is located in Sichuan basin,with a cooperative block area of 876km2.The cooperative contents include drilling engineering,well completion engineering,well workover engineering,construction of natural gas purification plant,construction of gas transmission pipeline,etc.Among them,the construction of natural gas purification plant and gas transmission pipeline involves the construction of high-sulfur natural gas pipeline,which is the key content of this project and is contracted by CQ company.All parties involved in the project attached great importance to construction quality management,strictly monitored the construction process,and ensured that the project was completed safely and efficiently and put into production and operation.In this paper,through articles research,the understanding of the development and research status of quality control is formed.Qualitative analyses of the basic concept of quality management,quality management system concept,domestic and foreign quality management status are made.Through the collection of quality manage performance data of the project construction enterprise CQ company,CQ quality management status is analyzed.With systematic approach,the natural gas pipeline construction quality influence factors are analyzed.On these bases,using the field research method and combining with characteristics of CDB high sulfur gas pipeline project itself and from five aspects of construction personnel,materials,methods,equipment,environment,those factors of affecting quality of the high sulfur pipeline construction project are discussed.Then setting focus on the project construction process quality control targets,the CDB high sulfur natural gas pipeline construction quality control measures are concluded.The implementation of these measures has maximum ensured the engineering construction quality,which can be used for reference to improve the quality management of pipeline construction for transmission of high sulfur natural gas.
